Service Coordinator (m/f/d) Customer Service

Your Tasks

• You are the contact person for our customers from the healthcare industry
• You plan and coordinate the service and maintenance deployments of the technicians
• You are responsible for the correct billing of the service and maintenance deployments
• You calculate and prepare offers
• You manage the orders including the associated cost control

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with technical understanding or professional experience in a technical environment is an advantage
• Communication skills and customer orientation
• Organizational skills and solution-oriented action
• Independent working
• Confident handling of the Microsoft Office package
• Professional experience in the field of customer service is desirable
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the German language and good knowledge of the English language
