We are looking for as of April 1, 2026 a dedicated and empathetic team leader.
- You lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6–8 employees – including duty scheduling, process coordination, and onboarding of newcolleagues
- Together with your team, you ensure the professional support and promotion of ourclients – you are also actively involved in daily care
- You contribute ideas, promote innovation, and actively drive the further development of our services
- You are responsible for budget and personnel deployment planning
- You maintain reliable relationships with relatives, legal representatives, and specialist agencies
- You professionally accompany and advise your team and support apprentices and students in their development
- A completed education in social or special education (HF, FH or equivalent)
- A completed or soon planned further education in leadership – or willingness to complete this promptly
- Several years of experience in supporting people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments
- You work solution-oriented, independently, and responsibly – you actively shape changes
- You bring high professional and social competence and convince through clear, appreciative communication
- A responsible leadership role with plenty of creative freedom
- A committed, motivated team and a modern, participative leadership culture
