The world's best team is looking for a certified nursing professional HF/FH as group leader nursing, 80-100%, Spitex, near Winterthur

Your tasks:

• The operational management of the nursing team in your region (approx. 20 people)
• Actively driving team development as well as ensuring the professional and customer-oriented delivery of our services
• Contact person for employees, customers, relatives, and doctors
• Workplace support and qualification discussions
• Leading team meetings and case discussions
• Further development of nursing quality, internal process organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Active participation in nursing with taking over case management and regular day/evening responsibility
