About the job

• Supervise the reception area three days a week
• Welcome and register suppliers and accompany them to the meeting room
• Process incoming mail
• Manage meeting and training rooms
• Organize company tours
• Provide information and advice about the range and services via email and phone
• Independently process and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and postal mail in German and French
• Support stores with questions about online orders
• Process and handle claims

• Experience in direct customer contact
• Affinity for telephone and written customer advice
• Completed commercial training is a plus
• Good knowledge of German and French (spoken and written)
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality
