What to expect

Consulting and supporting management in business management issues
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as forecasts and expected calculations.
Participation in planning: budgeting, multi-year planning and ongoing analyses of deviations and value drivers.
Ensuring regulatory requirements and preparation of data deliveries to supervisory authorities
Close cooperation with departments, executives and management
Participation in projects on strategy, performance management and process optimization.
Further development of controlling instruments, KPIs, automated reports, dashboards

What you bring

Completed studies (FH) in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling; or comparable qualification in controlling
Several years of experience in financial and operational controlling
Confident handling of insurance-specific key figures, accounting and regulatory frameworks
Very good analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers, data and processes
Experience with BI systems (e.g. Power BI) as well as excellent Excel skills
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex issues clearly
Independent, reliable and proactive working style as well as enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
