Your Tasks
- You organize and plan our two-shift operation in wood processing.
- You enjoy leading employees and coordinating, monitoring, and improving processes in wood processing together with them when necessary.
- You are the contact person for incoming and outgoing goods inspections as well as for quality control.
Your Skills and Experience
You have completed basic training as a carpenter or joiner. Taking on leadership responsibility and leading by example brings you joy. Perhaps you have already worked in a similar role and want to deepen your knowledge and skills. You are flexible and resilient, and you have no trouble keeping a cool head even in hectic times.
