Together with the HRM team, you are an important contact point for our approximately 350 employees and support the HRM manager and the HRM specialists. You will gain insights into the tasks of Human Resource Management along the employee lifecycle, whether it is employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, personnel development, employee retention, offboarding, or care for former employees.
In return, you actively participate in daily business and projects, and the faster you are familiarized with the operational processes, the earlier you can gain deeper insights into the various, including more complex, HRM topics.
As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, nursing home, and home care, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Equally important to us is the well-being of our employees. One-year Internship Human Resource Management (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
- You support the HRM team in organizational and administrative tasks, especially along the "Employee Life Cycle" process with a focus on onboarding and offboarding
- Participation in the payroll process, such as processing data for time tracking management, allowances, social insurances, withholding tax, daily allowances, etc. with our HRM systems like SwissSalary, PEP-Polypoint, Perigon, Hakuna
- Participation in various HRM projects in the areas of: corporate health management, e-learning platform, case management, and HRM controlling cockpit
Your profile
- Completed basic training and you are looking to enter HRM or an internship during your part-time studies
- First work experience in the commercial administrative area, HRM or financial accounting is an advantage
- Broad interest in HRM topics, whether employer branding, corporate health management, employee development, time tracking management, or data analysis
- Quick comprehension, good implementation skills, high quality standards, and networked thinking
- High IT affinity with proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel skills
