Tasks
- Plan and execute quality management projects, including budgeting.
- Act as a liaison to the development department for new projects.
- Ensure product readiness before market introduction.
Skills
- Technical degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and team player attitude.

This is the task
- Planning and executing projects in the quality management department (rough plan, detailed plan, deadlines, milestones, budget, implementation)
- Interface to the development department (subproject management for new developments and series business)
- Ensuring the series-ready maturity level before the series launch of new and optimized products
- Analyzing existing quality and measurement methods both for recurring problems/failures and generally regarding optimization potential
- Coordination and moderation of process FMEAs (software APIS)
- Implementation and further development of sustainable problem-solving methods
- Handling customer complaints
- Support of process audits and audit management
What we wish for
- Technical studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in quality assurance is an advantage
- Motivated, responsible personality with a pronounced analytical and structured way of working
- Open-minded team player with strong communication and social skills
- English skills at least level B2
- MS Office skills and SAP
