We are looking for you as a permanent employee for the Dementia/Delirium ward, starting immediately or by agreement
Tasks
- You complement the interdisciplinary team of our Dementia/Delirium ward with nursing expertise and commitment.
- You support people in acute crises, actively involving relatives and the individual life situation of the patients.
- You work in a three-shift operation and implement internal processes and guidelines.
- You see yourself as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the professional implementation of the ward concept.
Profile
- Qualified nursing professional FH or HF, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics, or acute somatics.
- In addition to commitment and a sense of responsibility, we expect a high level of professionalism in the care and support of people with dementia.
- Flexible, resilient, and motivated personality with high social competence and application of validation.
- Interest in continuous professional development.
