About the job

• You support us in the daily business on our closed geriatric and neuropsychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You help implement our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life
• If suitable and interested, there is the possibility to take on the additional role as a trainer

• You are a trained health specialist EFZ
• You are interested in psychiatry and ideally have relevant professional experience
• You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
• You treat people with respect, are reflective and resilient, and act in a goal- and patient-oriented manner
