tilia offers people from the age of 18 who are in need of care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care is at the center. tilia operates stationary long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological, and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

Your tasks

Empathetic and professional care and support for our residents
Important contribution to the quality of life of the residents and to the care process
After training, taking over daily responsibility
Active participation in the training of apprentices in health professions

Our requirements

Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care and in the development of the field
Health professional (or DN I, or FA SRK) with professional experience
Very good German skills (spoken and written)
Responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality with a high quality mindset
