Head of EK Auxiliary Processes 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of a team of approx. 10–15 employees in 2–3 shift operation
Ensuring smooth process flow in the areas of grinding lab, impedance testing, washing, packaging, final booking, and dump resistor testing
Responsibility for costs, quality, deadlines, capacities, throughput times, and equipment availability
Analysis, standardization, and continuous optimization of work processes within the framework of shop floor management and continuous improvement process (CIP)
Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as PMO, final inspection, test & measurement, quality, engineering, as well as external partners
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and standard requirements (ISO 9100, ISO 13485)
Your Profile
Technical basic training with further education in leadership and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the electronics or PCB industry (e.g., assembly, soldering, die/wire bonding, or measurement technology)
Leadership experience or completed leadership training
Very good technical understanding as well as confident user skills in MS Office
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Structured, independent, and resilient personality with high social competence, assertiveness, and networked thinking
