The owner-managed PR agency Flowcube Communications AG offers comprehensive full-service in the areas of strategy consulting, corporate communications, brand and product PR as well as social media. It serves clients from various industries – including automotive, lifestyle, design, retail, fashion, tourism, real estate, and education.

We are looking for an experienced individual who will take responsibility as Social Media Manager for the social media mandates of selected clients.

Area of responsibility

• Independent responsibility for the social media mandates of selected clients – including consulting, planning, implementation, and success control
• Conceptualization and implementation of cross-channel social media and content strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) including content plan creation, campaign planning, and budget responsibility
• Supervision of community management
• Independent content creation (text, image, video)
• Production, editing, and processing of moving image content
• Organization and execution of shootings (photo and video)
• Trend scouting and development of new creative formats
• Goal and KPI tracking, dashboards, derivation of insights & optimization measures
• Planning and execution of influencer campaigns (identification, briefing, contracting, implementation, measurement)
• Selection & support of brand ambassadors, concept development as well as contract creation and negotiation
• Invitation and support of influencers, content creators, and KOLs at events; coordination & accompaniment on site
• Organization and execution of photo/video shootings; management of external partners (photo/video creators)

Requirements profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience in social media/digital marketing; agency experience is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of common platforms & trends; confident handling of Meta Business Manager, KPI monitoring & interpretation
• Confident conceptual and writing skills as well as experience in developing content plans and social media strategies
• Confident use of video editing software and graphic tools
• Solid experience with influencer campaigns and very good knowledge of the Swiss influencer scene
• Native German speaker, very good French and English skills; Italian is an advantage
• Strong project management skills, consulting strength, creativity, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented work
