About the job
You accompany and support future trainees and students, develop learning and continuing education concepts, and strengthen an open, inspiring learning culture. In addition, you support the vocational training team and actively participate in projects as well as in the development of new educational tools. A humorous, transparent, and respectful interaction is a matter of course for you.
With your open, collegial manner, you shape an inspiring learning environment across professional groups and generations. You support the vocational training team through coaching, promote a lively learning culture, and actively contribute to projects and the development of new educational tools. Together with the management and specialists in the field of nursing and care, you help to continuously further develop the quality of training and enrich everyday life at Läbesgarte with fresh ideas.
You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, have at least 600 hours of vocational pedagogical further education (e.g., CAS or SVEB 2), and possess relevant professional experience. You enjoy and are competent in working with teams, managers, and various network partners.
