Your Tasks
- Accompany our residents in their personal competence development and provide support during psychiatric crises
- Process responsibility and networking work with internal and external agencies
- Daily responsibility and deputizing in the absence of the service management
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH or social pedagogue HF/FH
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
