What awaits you:
Responsibility for data quality, availability, and security in the finance organization
Maintenance and development of data models, data catalogs, and policies
Prioritization and maintenance of the data backlog and management of data workstreams in coordination with process streams
Responsibility for compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements
Coordination of collaboration with IT, data stewards, and other departments for implementation and quality assurance
Active stakeholder management in the data area (requesters, systems, processes)
Definition of technical requirements for data governance and decision-making on standards in coordination with relevant coordinators
Approval of changes to data models and structures and escalation in case of conflicts or risks in the data environment
Support for data-driven innovation and process optimization
You bring with you:
Completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in data management, ideally in the financial environment or in quality assurance and data analysis
Solid knowledge in data governance, data quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
Experience in the application and optimization of data management and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, SAP, data catalogs)
Strong analytical skills as well as strategic and solution-oriented thinking
Communication skills, persuasiveness, and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders – from departments to IT to external partners
Change management competence and willingness to actively accompany change processes
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
