Activities
Advise customers
- Explain the effects of natural remedies and medications in the consultation and provide guidance on their use
- Know the products for facial, body, and baby care and advise customers accordingly
- Provide nutrition tips
- Recommend cleaning products or products against pests
Inventory Management
- Check inventory levels and order missing products from suppliers
- After goods receipt, check the delivery, label the products with barcode and price, and store them properly
Manage Assortment
- Supervise the assigned assortment area and make suggestions to the supervisor for expanding the area
- Present the goods in the sales areas and in the shop windows attractively and clearly
- Apply commercial and business knowledge, for example, when operating the cash register, in invoicing, and in payment transactions
- Produce house specialties such as ointments, tinctures, and tea blends in the laboratory
- Observe legal regulations and measures for accident prevention when handling hazardous and toxic substances
- Work very carefully and accurately and actively engage in environmental and health protection
