About the job
What you can achieve
- Consultation and support of the nursing team in complex care situations as well as regular participation in nursing
- Supporting a person-centered and evidence-based nursing practice in collaboration with the interprofessional management team of the Stroke Unit and Neurology
- Leading project and working groups for nursing practice development as well as evaluating practice development projects
- Situational and practical implementation of nursing theories, concepts, and methods
- Co-responsibility for setting and achieving ward goals
- Working in higher-level internal hospital and national as well as international specialist and working groups
What you bring with you
- Master of Science in Nursing (or an equivalent qualification), or on the way to it, or willingness to complete it promptly
- Solid experience and theoretical knowledge in nursing and nursing development as well as the ability to pass this on
- Proactive and communicative personality, who moves independently and skillfully in the interdisciplinary environment and can inspire others for the further development of nursing practice
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as consulting and leadership skills
- High social competence and service orientation
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
