Your tasks with us are:
- Operation, monitoring, and continuous development of risk management processes with a focus on operational risks and the internal control system (ICS)
- Central contact person for company-wide ICS management
- Planning and conducting Risk & Control Assessments together with risk owners as well as independent audit activities in ICS (key controls)
- Analysis of operational loss events and - in collaboration with risk owners - derivation of improvement measures
- Participation in the preparation of extensive, target group-oriented risk reports
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects around the management of non-financial risks and ICS

Your qualifications:
- Experience in a bank or in the financial services industry with appropriate further education (higher technical school or university of applied sciences), ideally in the area of Operational Risk or Audit
- Analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a flair for process optimization
- Positive, winning, and integrating personality with motivation and assertiveness in cross-organizational collaboration
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, good French skills are an advantage
