Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role provides a unique opportunity within the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Digital Solutions team to drive key supply chain priorities and ensure progress against strategic projects. You will collaborate across global teams, serve as a key partner to senior stakeholders, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that shape the future of our supply chain.

- Partner with the executive Supply Chain leadership team and their management teams on high‑priority initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
- Lead and land high‑visibility projects and workstream deliverables — including planning, milestone execution, progress monitoring, and financial tracking — aligned with strategic priorities (e.g., Supply Chain big bets, process transformations).
- Build, lead, and coach the team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment that supports continuous learning and growth.
- Be a key member of the SC Strategy & Transformation leadership team, reporting directly to the Sr Director, and working closely with your peers in Market & Functional teams.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations in collaboration with the Supply Chain Business Intelligence team.
- Ensure timely, clear communication on project progress and outcomes to sponsors and senior management (e.g., Steering Committees) to support aligned decision‑making.
- Apply and embed project management standards across workstreams to ensure consistency and high‑quality deliverables.
- Role‑model best‑in‑class project management practices and help elevate team capabilities, project frameworks, and ways of working across the organization.
- Build, lead, and coach your team, fostering a collaborative, safe environment, where team members grow & continuously learn.
- Represent Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team within/beyond function / market area.
Key Relationships:
- Stakeholders can relate to the following core functions:
- SCM Global Functions (Product Supply, Global Distribution, etc.)
- Markets (SCM and Sales functions) Corporate Functions (Global TECH, Data & Analytics, Global Demand Planning etc.)
- Partner Functions: HR, Finance, GBS, etc.
Other Functions (Global Sales, Global Brands, Sourcing & Product Operations)

Requisite Education and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a multinational company environment (e.g., transformation, strategy, business development, consulting, or supply chain management background).
- Within which 2-3 years of relevant large-scale project leadership in a global setting.
- Strong understanding of SC operations and opportunities.
- College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
