Property Manager (80-100%) on an hourly wage, limited to 6 months
The Real Estate Department manages the church community's real estate portfolio with a focus on the use of churches, culture, events, and housing. The department is the competence and service center of the church community for all real estate tasks from strategy development through management to the realization of demanding construction projects. Our motto is: «We create places with attraction.»
The "Management and Services" team manages this heterogeneous portfolio with many well-known and historic properties in close cooperation with the church districts. Intensive dialogue with church users, independent work, and inspiring handling of church buildings are among the particularly exciting tasks. For temporary support in various management tasks, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Management of assigned properties with a large proportion of church objects including holiday cover for team colleagues
- Ensuring and carrying out regular and extraordinary maintenance
- Monitoring of rental contracts
- Receiving, evaluating, and implementing maintenance and repair requests
- Accompanying planned repair measures, ensuring operational implementation and documentation
- On-site condition assessments
- Support in process digitization, data management
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a technical basic education (e.g., construction draftsman)
- Preferably Federal Specialist Certificate as Property Manager
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good communication skills
- Committed and responsible working style
- Digital affinity as well as the ability to actively support changes
- Open, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor
