For the general contractor construction in Vorarlberg in the area of building in existing structures, we are looking for a construction manager for the independent handling of projects in Bregenz.
Your Tasks
- Ongoing control, coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of construction sites or projects
- Tendering, awarding, monitoring, billing/re-calculation of subcontractor and professional services
- Support for clients and all other partners involved in the project (neighbors, authorities, subcontractors, etc.)
Your Profile
- Completed technical training (civil engineers, HTL graduates, construction technicians, foremen with completed construction craft school, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in construction management
- Willingness to take on responsibility and resilience
- Customer- and solution-oriented thinking and communication
- Assertiveness, flexibility, and teamwork skills
