In this versatile position, you are responsible for the introduction of new integral facility management mandates or the reorganisation of existing mandates. You act as project manager between calculation, sales and the operational organisational units. In doing so, you ensure the smooth process for the operational start of the mandate.

What awaits you

• Project management in the implementation of new and integral FM mandates, from planning to project completion
• Managing all tasks and processes within the project and actively participating in ongoing projects
• Responsibility for the qualitative and financial results of the projects Coordinating and leading internal and external meetings Supporting and advising customers and internal employees during all project phases as the main contact person
• Supporting tenders, offers and documentation
• Training and accompanying operational staff to ensure a smooth mandate start

What you bring with you

• (Technical) university degree in business administration, facility management or a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in facility management
• Several years of experience in project management an advantage
• Project management certification (IPMA, PMP) an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Flexibility regarding project-related deployment locations in Zurich and Eastern Switzerland
• Driving licence category B an advantage
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills (spoken and written)
