Mandate Manager Fiduciary

TBO, an independent, partnership-organized company, is successfully active in the areas of fiduciary, tax consulting, finance and accounting, auditing, and provides services for companies from the SME sector of various industries, for non-profit organizations, associations, foundations, and private individuals.

We are looking for a Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80 - 100% immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Preparation of annual financial statements as well as monthly financial statements
• Management of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Management of payroll accounting including preparation of payroll statements and declarations for social insurances
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of tax returns for legal entities and natural persons
• Processing of tax requirements and decisions
• And other challenges that everyday fiduciary work brings

Your profile:

• Professional certificate in fiduciary/finance and accounting or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary industry
• Good knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxes and annual financial statements
• Knowledge of Abacus and Dr. Tax is an advantage
• Customer orientation and ability to work in a team
