Job Description
- Working at all kitchen stations, such as preparing menus and ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning, plating)
- Co-creating aperitifs and events
- Adhering to hygiene and quality standards
- Assisting with cleaning and order in the kitchen
- Substituting our chef in his absence
- Serving guests and patients in the dining area
- Assisting with inventories and orders
Qualifications
- Experience in gastronomy or catering
- A high standard of quality, an organized way of working, and team spirit
- Calmness under pressure
- Friendly and courteous interaction within the team as well as with patients
- Flexibility
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
