Your Tasks
- Planning and coordination of therapy and doctor appointments for guests and patients
- Personal support and advice on medical issues as well as longevity topics
- Conducting pre-stay and post-stay coaching for sustainable customer retention
- Support in the creation, explanation, and follow-up of therapy plans, results, and findings
- Close cooperation with doctors, therapists, VIP butlers, and medical practice assistants
- Participation in tours, presentations, training, and quality assurance in the health and wellbeing sector
Your Profile
In this role, you bring medical expertise, service orientation, and organizational strength.
- Studies or further training in the medical field, for example in health and wellbeing
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge in the medical field, in tariff systems, as well as very good MS Office skills
- Independent, structured, and precise working style with a high level of quality awareness
- Confident appearance, discretion, resilience, and strong teamwork skills
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages such as French, Italian, or Russian are an advantage
