- Replacement election to the municipal council At the delegate assembly of the KESB Gelterkinden-Sissach, a personnel commission proposal for the 2020 budget was approved. This reduces the massive increase in personnel costs originally planned in the first budget proposal. The municipal council also supported the personnel commission's proposal. After renewed intervention by the municipality, the SBB has promised that a site meeting at Läufelfingen station will be organized with all involved parties to find solutions for the unsatisfactory situation around the railway crossing. In cooperation with the Läufelfingen hunting and forestry, hedges are maintained, meadows are managed, forest sections are cleared of debris, etc. Anyone who wants to help again this year can register with the coupon below and deposit it by October 20 in our nesting box at the bulletin box (Milchhüüsli). Meeting point is 8:30 a.m. at the depot with appropriate clothing, possibly gloves and boots. After the work, there is traditionally a lunch in the hunting lodge. We look forward to every pair of willing hands! Relatives are relieved and those to be cared for can experience and enjoy community in a new environment.
