Union Organizer 80-90% for the Logistics Team
This is what you will do
You have a challenging task: As part of a small team, you build contact with employees, recruit, empower members, and organize groups, always looking for collective action capability. Together with our members, you find thoughtful ways to assert their concerns and build organizational structures. You help develop coherent industry campaigns, implement them, and manage to achieve political impact with great commitment. You are part of the regional logistics project team based in Olten (regular assignments also in the cantons of Aargau and Bern) and are affiliated with the service professions sector at the Unia headquarters in Bern.

- You have knowledge of the standard software used for office communication (MS-Office) and possess a driver's license; foreign language skills are an advantage
