Dipl. Nurse HF Specializing in Psychiatry

Your tasks:

• Needs assessments for clients with psychiatric diagnoses (interRAI HC and interRAI CMH knowledge is an advantage) as well as planning and implementation of the entire treatment process
• Psychosocial care and support for mentally ill people
• Case management through planning, control, and evaluation of the care process
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with external persons and agencies
• Advice and support for relatives
• Support for somatic staff with questions in the field of psychiatry/gerontopsychiatry
• Active participation in the further development of psychiatric Spitex

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF specializing in psychiatry
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the psychiatric field
• Existing authorization for psychiatric needs assessment
• Knowledge in handling electronic media
• Enjoyment of work as well as independent working style
• Driver's license category B with own vehicle driving
