Your new job
- As the first point of contact on the phone or in digital channels, motivate, support, and advise our customers
- Inspire our customers for our excellent products and services and refer them to other specialist departments
- Keep a cool head when dealing with challenging issues
- Arrange appointments and proactively support campaigns
