For our team at the Oftringen site, we are looking to fill the following position immediately or by arrangement:

CNC Milling Operator [m/f/d] 80-100%

Your responsibilities:

• Independent setup and operation of modern 5-axis milling machines (focus: Hermle with Heidenhain control)
• Reliable processing of demanding small, medium and large series
• Execution of first-piece and in-process inspections using state-of-the-art measuring equipment
• Consistent adherence to agreed deadlines and quality standards
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early/late shift)

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in the machining sector (e.g. as a polymechanic, production mechanic)
• Knowledge in CNC, ideally with experience in Heidenhain controls
• Independent, conscientious and responsible working style with a methodical approach
• Team-oriented, reliable and helpful personality who remains resilient and flexible even during intense periods
