About the position
As part of a dynamic sales team within our Vaccines team, you are responsible for the German-speaking Switzerland region (100% workload) or Romandie (80% workload) In the role of Sales Representative Vaccines, you identify and promote Sanofi products with strategic as well as other relevant customers. You build sustainable relationships with key persons in medical organizations, actively drive the business forward, and develop partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). You are responsible for ensuring access to the brand and vaccine portfolio in your assigned territory. The position is field-based and highly customer-oriented and requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Main responsibilities:
- Visit a targeted selection of gynecologists (with prospective expansion to other customer groups) and provide professional advice to ensure successful sales closures
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Conduct commercial discussions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Systematically document and analyze all customer activities in the CRM system and derive strategic follow-up measures
- Plan and coordinate selected specialist lectures, seminars, round tables, and sponsorships as well as actively participate in national and international congresses
- Close, cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Business Support, Customer Care) and external partners to develop and implement tailored programs and materials
About you
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of key customers and existing network is an advantage
- Knowledge of key customers and existing network is an advantage
- Commercial experience and understanding of the vaccine market desired
Social skills / Technical abilities:
- Good negotiation skills as well as strategic thinking and planning
- Goal-oriented with the will to make a difference
- Convincing appearance and the ability to respond to your customers' needs
- Confident handling of IT applications (MS Office 365 (Excel), CRM, Power-BI)
Education:
- Degree in economics, medicine or life sciences
- SHQA certificate preferred
Languages:
- Business fluent German (area of use German-speaking Switzerland) or business fluent French (area of use Romandie) as well as good knowledge of the respective other national language and English skills
