We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for about 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the Municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.

Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, household help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can stay in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks

• You support our clients in the areas of housekeeping and care
• Appreciative and active communication with clients and their relatives
• Carrying out activities in everyday life design
• Electronic documentation of services and observations on the business mobile
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the care teams

What you bring

• SRK Nursing Assistant qualification, ideally with experience in outpatient settings
• A strong flair for care and household activities
• Physical fitness and high resilience to confidently master the diverse demands of everyday life
• Independent working style, flexibility, and reliability as a basis for trusting collaboration
• High social competence and networked thinking
• Good understanding of Swiss German / confident oral and written expression in German
• Own car (with mileage reimbursement by Spitex) / valid driving license category B
