The employees of the Licensing Media department are responsible for licensing various tariffs. We are looking for a dynamic and reliable personality for an 80–100% position starting immediately or by arrangement.

These tasks will excite you

• Comprehensive handling of customer inquiries related to the licensing of musical works for sound carriers (e.g., CD, vinyl)
• Issuing press permits and processing corresponding requests
• Preparation of individual, advance, and final invoices
• Ensuring periodic distributions according to applicable tariffs
• Identification, documentation, and recording of musical works and sound carrier information
• Maintenance and updating of master data
• Preparation and recording of meetings
• Conducting research and participating in internal projects
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks

This is what sets you apart

• Successfully completed commercial training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial field are required
• Very good German skills, good English and French skills are an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office programs and digital tools
• Quick comprehension and efficient working style
• Strong team spirit, high commitment
