Job Description

With our competent services, we secure the value of our properties and ensure uninterrupted production operations. We are responsible for infrastructural as well as technical plant and building maintenance at the Zurich and Widen locations. In addition to preventive maintenance work, we are also responsible for repairs and cleanliness in the properties and outdoor areas. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Building Technician / All-rounder Facility Management (m/f/d)  

• Receipt and resolution of plant and structural malfunctions
• Maintenance of technical systems
• Supervision and support of external companies
• Troubleshooting and proper documentation in CAFM
• Support with conversions and smaller projects

Qualifications

• Completed technical training in the HVACSE field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) - electrical with NIV15 is an advantage
• Several years of experience in building technology
• Willingness for on-call duty in Zurich and Widen
• Strong service orientation and solution-oriented working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving license category B
