Sales Administration Clerk (100%)

In a young and dynamic team, you ensure that our customers receive the very best solutions. Team spirit and clear communication are fixed parts of our daily routine – because we only reach our daily goal together. You record our orders and are responsible for processing offers. You maintain close contact with our field staff and actively support them in administrative matters. You have their back!

What you will do with us

• Creating offers for our customers is your main task
• You write order confirmations daily
• You support our field service in administrative matters
• You advise our customers by phone and coordinate customer appointments
• You keep customer data in our IT systems up to date

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial education (EFZ, business school or similar)
• You easily understand technical contexts
• You have confident German and French language skills (mandatory)
• Working with ERP systems is easy for you (SAP and CRM)
• You work efficiently and precisely even in hectic situations
• Thanks to your service orientation, you enjoy customer contact very much
