How you can support us:
- Responsible for language and text design within the organization
- Responsible for topic setting and planning, including issue monitoring
- Building, maintaining, and further developing national and international media relations including media monitoring
- Editorial work for the most important corporate publishing products and communication platforms
- Further development of our communication channels (websites, business reports, investment documents, newsletters, and corporate events)
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of various communication measures
- Further expansion and maintenance of the intranet
- Advising and supporting management as well as the areas of marketing, investment, and human resources in all communication matters
- Coordination and collaboration with internal teams as well as external service providers and agencies
- Leading a trainee in the area of corporate communications
What you bring:
- Completed studies in communication, journalism, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in the fields of journalism, corporate writing, or corporate publishing, as well as initial experience in project management
- Distinct conceptual, networked, and strategic thinking; ability to choose suitable communication platforms and develop targeted solutions
- Solid know-how in project management
- High writing competence with the talent to translate complex content into compelling stories
- Team-oriented personality with an agile mindset and a pronounced "think outside the box" mentality
- Resilient, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented – even in hectic situations, you keep an overview
- Confident in German with very good English skills in spoken and written form
- High IT affinity – you enjoy working with project management tools, CMS systems (WordPress), and Office365 programs
