From apartment viewings to tenant selection, the tasks of this assistant position are very diverse. Do you want to support our management team in Biel in managing an exciting real estate portfolio?

• Recording and processing tenant concerns of all kinds
• Managing terminations and rental contracts and creating amendments
• Proposing and implementing our rental activities
• Organizing and conducting apartment viewings with interested parties
• Participating in the preparation of operating cost statements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience in property management
• Confident German, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes you quickly
• You respond calmly and composedly even in challenging situations
