Would you like to work independently as a host in our two staff houses? You can creatively design your working hours over 5 days (Mon-Fri) and adapt them to your private situation. For example, with shifts in the morning, afternoon, or early evening to take care of children or to complete further training.
As Head of Staff House at LIMMI, you ensure that employees and guests feel welcome, well cared for, and at home from the very beginning – with organizational talent, heart, and an eye for the essentials.
This is where you get involved
- You independently manage two staff houses with around 100 rooms and 12 studios
- You take care of tenants and short-term guests from initial contact through entry to departure
- You maintain professional interface management with various internal departments
- You act like a property manager and take care of the staff houses holistically, from commercial tasks, simple cleaning work, light technical tasks, and issuing orders to enforcing house rules and official regulations
- The working time is spread over five days from Monday to Friday, giving you freedom to design it in harmony with your private situation and considering operational requirements
You
- have completed a federal VET diploma (EFZ) in the fields of commercial apprenticeship, hotel housekeeping, or a similar training with customer contact and administration
- are a winning, empathetic, and strong communicator
- think and act entrepreneurially, enjoy working independently and responsibly, and bring situational flexibility
- act professionally and solution-oriented even in demanding situations and can skillfully set priorities
- have manual skills and enjoy housekeeping tasks
- have a short commute as an advantage
