Site Manager (80 - 100% workload)

Your Tasks

Execution of installations and rack construction in the field of professional AV technology according to the instructions of the project manager
Cost, schedule, and quality-oriented management of AV projects in the installation phase, including recording and reporting of additional expenses
Definition of assembly processes
Technical and personnel management (project-related) of the assigned employees
Representation of the project manager on the construction site, towards the client, construction management, and third-party trades, including participation in construction meetings
Commissioning of the installed AV systems
Project-related administrative tasks, including creating/editing revision and documentation materials

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field
Several years of experience in the implementation of AV installations
Good IT user skills
Solid knowledge in current AV, IT, and control technology
Leadership experience of installation teams
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills (advantageous)
In possession of a driver's license (Category B)
Team-oriented, reliable, and high-quality work ethic
High customer and service orientation
