Site Manager (80 - 100% workload)
Your Tasks
- Execution of installations and rack construction in the field of professional AV technology according to the instructions of the project manager
- Cost, schedule, and quality-oriented management of AV projects in the installation phase, including recording and reporting of additional expenses
- Definition of assembly processes
- Technical and personnel management (project-related) of the assigned employees
- Representation of the project manager on the construction site, towards the client, construction management, and third-party trades, including participation in construction meetings
- Commissioning of the installed AV systems
- Project-related administrative tasks, including creating/editing revision and documentation materials
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field
- Several years of experience in the implementation of AV installations
- Good IT user skills
- Solid knowledge in current AV, IT, and control technology
- Leadership experience of installation teams
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills (advantageous)
- In possession of a driver's license (Category B)
- Team-oriented, reliable, and high-quality work ethic
- High customer and service orientation
