The training at SKAN is aimed at individuals who want to complete a dual education and serves as an entry into the professional world. During the three- to four-year apprenticeship, learners go through different departments and areas, thus gaining an overview of the entire company. The exchange and collaboration of learners from different professions are strongly promoted. For example, the learners organize events and occasions, work together as a project team, and thereby acquire high social and professional competence.
