Our People & Culture organization is being built – and we are looking for you! As a People Partner, you are the central contact person for our leaders and employees. You actively shape the People & Culture landscape and support us in accompanying and further developing the organization in its transformation.

People Partner (m/f/d) - limited 9 - 12 months

What appeals to you

• You are responsible for the employee life cycle from hiring to offboarding
• You support and advise leaders and management on all HR and labor law topics
• You develop strategies together with the leaders to support them in achieving business goals
• You implement our People & Culture strategy and actively contribute to transformation and change processes
• You develop and implement local P&C concepts and accompany change processes
• You lead the annual P&C processes, e.g., compensation & talent review or performance-potential matrix

What defines you

• Education in business administration, psychology, organizational development, or technology with experience in HR or a modern People & Culture organization
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• You have solid knowledge of labor law as well as key HR processes – from recruiting to performance to compensation & benefits
• You have experience in change or organizational development projects and enjoy actively shaping change
• You convince through analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a high degree of initiative
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently – in German and English

What to expect

• Flexible annual working hours based on a 40-hour week for a 100% position
• Vacation entitlement: 25 days from age 20, 27 days from age 40, and 30 days from age 50
