Your mission within Autogrill

• Culinary production
• Preliminary preparations
• Plating and distribution
• Maintenance of the kitchen and adjacent premises

Your profile

• Understand the meaning of the different activities and the role of each team member
• Organize your workstation by following instructions
• Show curiosity about the overall kitchen activity
• Be available to other kitchen staff
• Have a few years of professional experience in the kitchen (ideally training in catering)
