Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
  Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with current safety standards
  Manage administrative and financial aspects of construction sites, including invoicing and budget tracking
  Manage a team (site manager, foreman, team leaders, and workers)

You bring

• A diploma as a Site Manager or equivalent training
  Proven experience in site management (minimum 10 years) and in civil engineering structures and concrete
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization
  Entrepreneurial spirit and team mindset
  Knowledge of current standards and regulations
