Holidays: Special holiday plans? If the annual 25 to 32 vacation days are not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be discussed with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!
GAV: Our employment conditions are basically based on the collective labor agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
