Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the Corporate and Intermediary Clients department with around 10 employees as well as further development of this department
- Ensuring portfolio maintenance and customer service throughout the entire lifecycle of corporate and intermediary clients, from onboarding to offboarding
- Professional support of intermediary clients in complex matters
- Co-design and continuous development of processes across various areas
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of clients and data quality
Your profile
- Completed banking training and/or higher education with a focus on finance/business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in customer consulting in a leadership role, preferably in the intermediary sector
- Experience dealing with regional and international intermediary clients
- High service and quality awareness
- Enjoyment in developing employees further
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as responsible conduct
- High communication and decision-making competence
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)
