We are looking for an innovative and action-oriented personality for our cinema in Dietlikon!

Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational processes during shifts (opening and closing shifts)
• Guaranteeing a flawless cinema experience for all guests
• Leading the respective team with respect and fairness
• Adhering to Pathé guidelines, instructions, hygiene and emergency standards in cooperation with management and other departments
• Achieving various company goals in collaboration with other departments
• Taking on special tasks in various specialist areas

Profile

• Professional training in commercial, gastronomy or retail sectors
• Initial management experience in a similar position
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office suite
• Basic interest in the film and entertainment industry
• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; French is an advantage
