Description:
To develop our confectionery sector, we are looking for:
- A certified pastry-confectioner with good chocolate skills
Your mission will be to artisanally produce pralines, chocolate assemblies, and chocolate moldings at our production site in Sembrancher and to develop confectionery products.
Night shifts starting at 4:00 or 6:00 depending on the time of year
Your profile:
- Certified pastry-confectioner
- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Production of pralines – chocolate molding – chocolate assembly
- Desire to bring new creations
- Able to cover replacements in pastry with earlier hours
