While "2communicate" is active in the conception and implementation of live communication, "Burri Logistik" specializes in logistical topics such as "home delivery", "food, non-food", "shopfitting and furnishing logistics" and supports its customers with modular solutions in supply chain management.

Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d)

You will take on a key position in our company and contribute to the overall development of transport and event logistics. You are responsible for the dispatch of our vehicles and personnel resources at the Neuendorf site.

• Personnel and deployment planning of transport orders including vehicle dispatch for the event and logistics sector
• Recording, support and processing of customer orders
• Preparation of invoices and evaluations
• Coordination of the pickup and delivery process as well as organization of vehicle maintenance
• Contact person for internal and external inquiries regarding vehicle availability
• Maintenance of maintenance plans as well as participation in the evaluation and procurement of vehicles
• Support of B2C and B2B customers

• Completed vocational training with EFZ in the field of transport, forwarding or logistics
• Further training as a transport/logistics dispatcher FA or several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and occasionally on public holidays (no shift work)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
• High IT affinity and interest in digital processes
• Driver's license category B; ideally also C and CE
• Organizational talent with quick comprehension and pronounced teamwork skills
• Service-oriented, flexible, resilient and assertive with a solution-oriented working style
