About the job
The Culture & Integration Service of the City of Prilly is responsible for proposing and developing a cultural policy representative of the diversity of the population with the aim of creating connections, fostering a sense of belonging, and reducing sociocultural disparities. The diversity of the audience and broad participation in cultural life represent fundamental challenges for cohesion within society.
This internship position aims to offer the opportunity for a first professional experience in the field of integration. Thus, you will specifically follow projects related to the organization and implementation of French courses and a short film festival on the theme of migration.
Main missions:
- Experience working within a municipal administration and understand its functioning as well as the links with other internal services or external partners
- Collaborate in the development of a new public policy
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of various projects in the field of integration, migrants, and culture
- Know the associative networks
Your profile:
- Ongoing university education, Bachelor or Master in public policy and management, humanities or political sciences, cultural mediation, or another relevant field related to the position
- Writing skills, analytical and synthesis mindset, strong listening and communication skills
- Motivation to work independently as well as in a team
- Organizational skills, versatility, flexibility
- Perfect command of French
- Knowledge of German, English, and migration languages is an asset
Start date: from May 26, 2026, for a duration of 6 months
